The annual re-enactment of the Battle of Rivers Bridge is held each year, on the anniversary weekend of the actual battle. The 2003 event
was January 31st to February 2nd. This year the event was held on private property directly across the road from the main entrance of Rivers Bridge State Park. There's more room for camps and the battle, and a new set of works have been dug in. And it's close enough to the State Park to walk to the original works in just a few minutes.
